Cancellation Policy

1.1 Refunds and Cancellation

All payments for Voice of Revival (“Voice of Revival,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) products or for services provided via Voice of Revival are in CAD and are non-refundable. You can cancel your monthly contract at any time, but all previous payments are non-refundable and will not be pro-rated. All annual payments are also non-refundable and will not be pro-rated.

Refunds will not be granted outside these windows from the date of initial purchase, for any reason.

If you wish to cancel your Mentorship at any time, you must submit a cancellation request to us via our support email address [email protected].

1.2 Mentorship Terms and Automatic Payment

A Voice of Revival user is responsible for paying all sums due to Voice of Revival in connection with their monthly or yearly subscription in accordance with these Terms. Every calendar month or year, your account will be charged up to the subscription fee plus applicable tax for the following month’s subscription, together with any other fees for the following month’s subscription plus any accumulated charges for the past period (collectively, “Fees”). Failure by the Voice of Revival user to use any of the services available through the service provided by Voice of Revival does not relieve the Voice of Revival user of their payment obligations under these Terms.

Potential users can pay by credit card. Payment details shall be collected by us through our secure financial data collection mechanism. You acknowledge and agree that we hold data relating to the transaction, including the last four digits and the expiration date of the card used to purchase the products or services together with details on when payment is due. You further acknowledge and agree that payments are due on a recurring basis in accordance with the payment terms for the specific service purchased (unless the subscription is cancelled in accordance with these Terms) and therefore authorize the automatic payment collection terms applicable to that specific service (e.g., on a monthly or yearly basis and for a specific amount).

1.3 Failed Monthly or Annual Payments

If you are delinquent on your payments, please be advised we will revoke access to the mentorship and any subsequent products associated with the account after 60 days of delinquency.
